We contracted Steel Penn to undertake a major renovation of our deck that was custom built in the 1990s. We love the design and look of the original deck, but needed it to be made safer and restored to its original colors. We were impressed that Steel Penn would respect our desires. They did a magnificent job of doing exactly what we wanted — and more — all within budget. Fred, the supervisor, was on the property everyday; and the professionals on the job were skilled and friendly. Importantly, to me, they left the property everyday tidy and safe. We would recommend Steel Penn to anyone who wants a professional restoration of their decks.

This job was a demolition of old wood deck and building a new Trex deck. The finished deck was greater than I pictured it to be. Everything was on schedule. The crew worked in unison and meticulously. The grounds were always cleaned up at the end of each day. I highly recommend Steel Penn.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the office staff to the workers at my home. They did a great job and very happy with the work that was done.

Steel Penn pressure washed my deck and it looks brand new!!! Not only did they come and pressure wash the deck, they also put back up any spindles that had fallen off over the years and tightened each and every spindle on my deck. The tech on site, Travis, was a pleasure to work with. He even went as far to put some more screws in a few of the step boards that were coming up and loose.

I highly recommend Steel Penn for all your deck and dock needs. Fred and Amber are true professionals and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!!

Very happy with the pressure washing of our house and deck!! Steel Penn’s crew were here right on time (actually a little early!) and were very professional! My house and deck look wonderful!!

Beyond professional, excellent craftsmanship and skills. Pride in work. Polite, friendly, leave a clean job site, they return when they say they will. They built a difficult staircase and deck for me, under the hot sun And did an excellent job. Very happy I found them.

Steel Penn did an exceptional job replacing my 2 decks and dock. This was a big job but they did it quickly and their price was reasonable. Their crew was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Overall good experience, wish they would have reset our pavers and cleaned the deck nails. Reasonable price, friendly crew and fast work. Ultimately would use them again.
