I hired Steel Penn to remove an enclosed porch from the side of my home. The owner Fred, and his crew, did a wonderful job. They were all polite, professional, on-time every day, and they went well beyond my expectations in cleaning up the area when the project was completed. Fred’s ability to clearly explain the details of what is needed for your project, in a way that you can easily understand, is quite impressive. The service was excellent. He came when he said he would come. He did exactly what he said he would do and the results were wonderful. You couldn’t ask for better service!

I hired them to take my pool down. They did this in a timely manner and in a very neat manner. They even emptied the water from the pool for me. They cleaned up the entire area and even covered it up for me so my puppy couldn’t get into it and dig the dirt and get all messy. I would recommend. These guys for anything. I used them to build my deck too. They are awesome at their jobs and I think if it has to do with household construction inside and out these are you guys. I loved having them at my house. They were polite and very accommodating.

I was very happy with the job!!! We needed our outdoor playground/swing set secured to the ground. I thought that we would need concrete footings. Fred, the owner, came to give me a free estimate and told me that it was not that complicated. He saved me a ton of money by explaining a simple solution. He was also on top of communicating as to when the job would be completed. It rained the entire week that we had planned so it was difficult to schedule. He also called me after the job was finished to see if I was happy. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again!!!

Fred and his Sterling Horizon, LLC / Steel Penn crew are master craftsman and top professionals. They repaired the rails on my deck, built a new staircase and gate, then took away all the old materials. They came to work when they promised and finished when promised. My deck looks great. The Sterling Horizon, LLC / Steel Penn crew took down and replaced a wall in my living room that was water-damaged from ice damming during the harsh winter. A two-man crew, one of which being a master carpenter did the work. They completed the work in 3 days, were very professional and left my house cleaner than before the job started. This group is the most dependable contractor I have ever hired. Their fees are very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Once again, Fred and his Sterling Horizon, LLC / Steel Penn and his crew came to my home to repair a vented soffit that was damaged from a severe winter. The work was completed expertly, quickly and at a price I can afford.
