They came when they said they would and they were very nice to work with. They also worked with us on the pricing of the deck so we could get what we wanted at a reasonable price. The deck came out beautiful and I love it. I would recommend them to other people.

We were faced with a situation that we could no longer use our back door due to a new fridge blocking the it. After a consultation with Owner Fred he suggested installing sliding doors out to the backyard. Not only is Fred an expert in customer relations, but his guys also do incredible work with meticulous attention to detail. You can tell this company takes pride in their work . We have noticed and are so pleased we will be hiring for more projects in the near future.

We hired Sterling Horizon to build a deck for the backyard based on their great reviews and close proximity. They did not dissapoint. Fred and his crew are great communicators who are very accomodating. They listened to our requests and built us a solid good looking deck just in time to enjoy it this spring.

Repair or Replace Section of Seamless Metal Gutters

This more than snow removal. There was an ice damming problem which was causing damage to my roof, gutter and water entering my living room. Fred (owner) had one of his top men clear the snow off my roof. Sterling assessed the exact cause and source of the water entering my house, and acted quickly. Beyond the high quality of Sterling’s work, the price was more than fair. I am hiring Sterling to complete the roof repair plus other work this Spring 2014. I enthusiastically recommend Sterling and encourage anyone looking for a contractor to put them on top of your list.

The wood post that supports part of the roof overhang was buckled due to heavy snow and we were quite worried that it would get worse, especially due to rain the next day. Fred the owner worked hard to do emergency repair on the same day of his visit so that it would be safe from further rain and snow. His employees worked very hard and courteous. Overall, the communication process was very good, we especially appreciate Fred accommodating our urgent needs. We would definitely consider them for the permanent repair job and other projects for us!

Sterling Horizon Steel Penn spent 7 hours on my roof removing ice and snow. I was so pleased I hired them for 3 more jobs. They repaired my deck and built a new staircase and gate. They replaced a wall in my living room that was damaged from ice damming. They left my house cleaner than before the job started. Lastly, they replaced a vented soffit also damaged from the severe winter. The job was completed expertly in one day. This group is the most dependable contractor I have ever hired. Their fees are very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding.
