I wouldn’t even consider using another place amazing experience.

Steel Penn is top notch! Their quote came in just a little lower than two other builders for a porch on my 1888 home and I am so glad I chose them. The Owner came to my home and discussed my needs and ideas, and had options to offer me. His architect was there the following day to measure and draw up plans. Once all approvals were granted, these guys were ready to roll! The main office was in constant contact with me the entire project, and the expert workers on the job were friendly, neat, and efficient. I can’t stress enough how they paid attention to the smallest detail, even taking time to mix paint that matched my very old siding to detail the sides of my porch roof. They are that good. My neighbors are astounded, telling me that is the porch the house has been crying out for, and that it looks like it had always been there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done, inside or out. Thank you Steel Penn.

I was quite pleased with the design, quality of the materials and workmanship of the railings that were installed over my steps. The same can be said for the extension of my roof over the entranceway to the front of my home. Also, although I did not object or complain, Fred called me to as if I approved of the work. I said that I did. He said he was not happy with way the two skylights were installed and would have the installer return and make some changes for a more finished look. He was right, the changes did improve the appearance of the job. As stated, I was delighted with the job with also included the extension of a gutter with a downspout to a drain. That is, until I had a new rood installed and the installer replaced the existing gutter with the extension installed by Silver Penn. The gutter now looks very professionally installed: the down spout is mounted to the house and flow directed to the drain through and el. It now looks like it was integrated into the design of the house instead of a DYI add on.

Not only was their service prompt, the carpenters’ that installed my patio door where very professional and meticulous. After realizing that the first door I purchased from a big chain store was defective, they went the extra mile by returning the very next day to reinstall another patio door due to the first door being defective. I would highly recommend these skilled professionals for any home improvement job. Each member of Steel Penn that we communicated with including the secretary, has been courteous and competent.

Greg and Carlos were prompt, courteous, and diligent in their repair and refinish of the deck, always easy to work with and responsive to changes and suggestions. My wife and I are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Steel Penn for any construction need.
