If I was the least bit apprehensive in dealing with a contractor I never dealt with before, my feelings were immediately dissolved in meeting with Mr. White at the location I needed work He was professional, courteous and on time, which is unusual today. After looking over the projects I needed done and listening to some of his suggestions; he got back to me within hours with a very fair estimate. In addition he had the project done in a matter of days since it was a surprise project done as a Mother’s Day gift. His employees did a phenomenal job in rebuilding a well that had been ignored for 20 years. Both Ed and John were reliable, efficient and very talented. I am already in negotiations regarding a new project with Steel Penn Contracting. Walter B.

I needed my front porch repaired. I contacted several contractors in the area and Steel Penn provided the best pricing and customers service. Mr. White contacted me immediately and kept his appointment to assess the project and provide an estimate. He provided several options to address the issues with my porch and his pricing was very reasonable. The workmanship is superior. Steel Penn’s workers got my porch project complete within two days. Mr. White routinely contacted me with progress on the project and addressed any concerns and questions in a timely manner. I am very happy with the outcome. My porch had rotted wood, chipping paint, damage, and missing footings. The repairs were excellent and I could not ask for a better experience. I would recommend Steel Penn to others and plan to use them to do other home repairs including repairing my deck in the near future. Great job for the price.

What can I say. Sometimes you get lucky. If your looking for someone who takes pride in his work and see that the job is done to your satisfaction you have to make sure you get Edward, Project Manager. He made sure everything was done right. The crew was a hard working crew, and Fred, owner would come and check the crew everyday. I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to let them know how pleased I was with my BEAUTIFUL DECK! Thanks guys~Terri B

They were very good and very friendly, on time. Worker was a very hard worker and very qualified. We would absolutely hire them for other projects as the need arises.
