I was overwhelmingly happy with their work. They came exactly when they said they would and they were fast to get back with the estimate. It was to do exterior carpentry repair work from some water damage, so we had no idea the exact extent of the repair until they opened up the siding. Nevertheless it looked worse than it was and they explained everything that needed to be done and showed me. They were able to do it exactly what the estimate was and they were done ahead of time too! I was very happy with them, the work totally professional and they always cleaned up their mess each day. I would highly recommend them!

The work was outstanding! The contractors were clean, friendly, and willing to please! they showed up on time, and finished the job as scheduled.The owner kept in constant contact to make sure things where going as planned.

I hired Steel Penn Contracting to replace some old casement windows. The owner, Fred White, went over what would be involved in detail and everything went according to plan. His crew was very professional and courteous. The cleaned up thoroughly after the job and left no trace of debris behind. I would definitely work with this company again.

We needed to seal the basement because the radon level was too high. They were able to come to our house to do the estimate on the same day I contacted him. He called in a few days to set up an appointment to get the job done. Then at that time, we were selling our rental property but it failed to pass the smoke detector code from township. I called him in a hurry and they were able to fix it within 2 days for me. We are happy about their work and especially they always provide help in a very efficient way. I highly recommend them for any home repairs.

Fred and his crew installed a new roof on my home. They were courteous, professional and did an exceptional job. The quality of their work was outstanding and communication was great. Inclement weather caused delays and they made sure everything was covered and secure. Fred pointed out other related repairs and did them as well. Very neat and clean-up was perfect. I needed a small, but potentially complicated repair of a gutter, gutter topper and house fascia on my custom built home. Unable to find a local contractor, I called our custom designer/builder who recommended Steel Penn. I was quickly contacted by a clerical employee who arranged the estimate and coordinated the timing of the repair. The repair was done carefully and precisely and the cost was very reasonable. Importantly, and impressively, the day after the repair I received a phone call by the contractor who explained the details of the repair and what I might anticipate with respect to follow-up. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this contractor, and, of course, will use them for any future home repair needs!
