Mr. White was a real gentleman, very professional and highly organized. He did a high end clean job. He really went the extra mile and out of the goodness of his heart he really helped the family of an injured United States Marine.

This contractor was excellent in every aspect of our relationship. They were certainly very professional in dealing with us, they are knowledgeable in all aspects of completing the job, and provided great customer service. They provided estimates for two different options complete with pros and cons for each to aid us in our decision regarding exactly what we wanted done. I am very well pleased with everything.

They were very easy to work with, their customer service was great, they had to come back and do touch ups with the railing that’s why I rated them a 4 for quality but they came back to fix it, they were very clean every time work was performed. I had a really good experience with them and would recommend them.

This is the third time I have used Frederick and his company Steel Penn for various projects. Too bad Home Advisor only has only a 5 STAR rating system. This is a 10 STAR company. This man strives to earn your approval with every job he does. This man will not disappoint you. He knows what he is doing and he accomplishes every job with dedication and professionalism. He has always given me MORE than my moneys worth.

From the moment I spoke to Frederick at Steel Penn, he made sure I was aware of every step that would be taken in clearing and correcting the cause of the leak I had on two sides of my roof. They went above and beyond what I expected out of the work on such a cold and miserable day. While I appreciate Home Advisor, I won’t need to use it again for roof work. I will call Steel Penn directly.
